The property Siebenbrunnengasse 19–21 is located in the centre of the fifth district of Vienna, near to the well-known Naschmarkt. The property, which consists of four buildings, is used as an office and commercial location and has a three-story underground car park with around 270 parking spaces. IMMOVATE, which is responsible for the project management, is realising along with its project partner S IMMO both the conversion of the office areas into around 157 apartments as well as the adaptation of the existing commercial and office areas. In addition, since autumn 2016 around 860 m² have been used as substitute premises by the Wiener Künstlerhaus, which is being completely refurbished in the coming two years.
